These terms apply when you order food from Neela Veettu Samayal through this website. By placing an order, you agree to them.
About our business
Neela Veettu Samayal is a home-based food business in Pammal, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Food is prepared in our home kitchen. Menu items, quantities and delivery depend on availability and your location.
Placing an order
- Orders are placed by sending the order message generated by this website to us on WhatsApp (90802 44242).
- Opening WhatsApp or sending a message does not by itself confirm an order. Your order is confirmed only when we reply to confirm it.
- We may decline an order, for example when a dish is unavailable or the address is outside our delivery area.
Prices & charges
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) on the menu and may change from time to time.
- A packaging charge applies per order, as shown in your cart.
- The delivery fee depends on distance, as shown on our delivery page. For addresses beyond our regular range, the fee is agreed with you on WhatsApp before we confirm.
- The amount we confirm on WhatsApp is the final amount payable.
Payment
This website does not process payments. Payment details are shared when we confirm your order on WhatsApp.
Changes & cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us on WhatsApp or call 90802 44242 as early as possible. Because food is prepared fresh, changes may not be possible once cooking has started.
Food information
Our dishes are home-cooked and may contain common ingredients like dairy (ghee, butter), nuts, gluten or spices. If you have an allergy or dietary need, please tell us in the special instructions or on WhatsApp before ordering.
