This policy explains what information Neela Veettu Samayal (“we”, “us”) collects through this website and how we use it. We are a small home-based food business in Pammal, Chennai, and we collect only what we need to take and deliver your orders.

Information you give us

• Orders: when you place an order, your name, mobile number, delivery address, items and instructions are put into a WhatsApp message on your own device. They reach us only when you send that message. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.
• Contact form: if you send us a message from the Contact page, we store your name, mobile number, optional email and message on our server so we can reply.

Location

If you tap “Use my location” at checkout, your browser asks for permission first. Your coordinates are sent to our server only to calculate the distance and delivery fee, and are not stored by us. If you then send the order, a map link to that location is included in the WhatsApp message to help us find you.

Information stored on your device

This website stores your cart and, if you choose “Remember my name and address”, your contact and address details in your browser's local storage. This helps you order faster next time. You can clear it anytime by clearing your browser data or by unticking that option at checkout.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
• We do not take online payments on this website, so we never receive card or UPI details here.

To prepare and deliver your order, contact you about it, reply to your messages and keep basic records of our business.
